The Cardinals hit the road on Tuesday afternoon and all 3 teams came away with wins. For the varsity squad this victory marked their 10th win a row as they continue to play great defense and pass the ball well leading to offensive opportunities to score.
Facing a very good Marin Academy team, the Cardinals rallied to a 25-19 win in game 1 to take the lead 1-0. The wildcats fought back in game 2 and took it down to the wire but again Newman prevailed 25-21.
Looking for a sweep CN continued to serve and pass well as they won by 7, 25-18 in the final set.
Marina Logan led the team with 10 kills and
Julia Waller played a great all around game with 9 kills and 12 assists.

The 10-1 Cardinals travel to Rohnert Park on Thursday for a 6:30 matchup vs the Rancho Cotate Cougars.
