Facing Piner for the first time this season, the CN Women's Tennis Team continued their winning ways sweeping the Prospectors 7-0 in NBL play. 

Led by seniors and Co-Captains, Kaylin Smith at #1 singles and Izzy Blakely at #2 singles, the Cardinals used a balanced attack against the host Prospectors taking the 3 singles and 4 doubles matches without dropping a set. 

The Cardinals continue the second of the season next week with 3 matches, Tuesday at Santa Rosa then home matches Wednesday (Piner) and Thursday (Rancho Cotate).  The Cardinals are now 9-0 in league and 9-1 overall.
